I have worked closely with Chromasport & Trophies for a number of years now through my assistant head role as Arthur Mellows Village College where I am the senior staff member of staff responsible for school uniform. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of them. Their attention to detail coupled with their realistic and flexible approach is second to none. The products are always of high quality to the point that even in such a large school we simply do not get complaints about the quality of our uniform. In the unlikely event that we did receive a complaint I have no doubt that Chroma would resolve it immediately and without fuss. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of my work with Mark & Michael is their ability and capacity to deliver the personal touch’. They have a knack of making customers feel valued and special which is warm, genuine (and often humerus!) and never patronising or presumptuous. They are simply a pleasure to deal with.
